MP Muhammad Ssegirinya Latest Health Update – The Speaker of Parliament, Ms Anita Annet Among has paid a courtesy visit to sick Kawempe North Member of Parliament Muhammad Ssegirinya. According to her post on X, she was satisfied with the remarkable recovery of Kawempe North MP, Ssegirinya.
“I have this afternoon visited our colleague, Hon Ssegirinya to convey my heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery.
I am delighted to announce that Ssegirinya has made a remarkable recovery. His strength and determination throughout this challenging period has been truly commendable. I extend my sincere gratitude to the medical team, and to everyone who has supported him during this time. We look forward to receiving him back to serve his community with renewed energy,” Speaker Among posted.
Earlier this week, crazy reports were shared on social media platforms regarding the deteriorating health of Mr Update, Segirinya.
Ssegirinya made his return to Uganda on September 19, after being discharged from Amsterdam Universitair Medische Centra Hospital, Netherlands, where he was receiving treatment.
The legislator was hospitalized since August after his health worsened, months after being released from prison.
The National Unity Platform leader Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu also spoke about the current situation of Segirinya. Through his official social media platforms, he wished Hon. Ssegirinya Muhammad a quick and full recovery.
“Wishing our brother Hon. Ssegirinya Muhammad a quick and full recovery. When he came in to see me at office a few weeks back, I could see he had lost a lot of weight. He told me that his health has been deteriorating from the time he came out of prison, where he spent close to two years. As the medical team does its best to give him the needed care, let us also continue to pray for him,” Kyagulanyi posted.
