Uganda's best chef Dorcus Bashema Kirabo popularly known as Mama D has set a new cooking Guinness world record 2023 for the longest cooking hours reaching beyond 120 hours and 30 minutes mark. Previously, Alan Fisher had the record set at 119 hours and 57 minutes but thanks to Mama D who is now the new record holder of the longest Cooking hours according to the Guinness Book of Records. . For starters, Irish chef Alan Fisher who currently held this record cooked for 119 hours, 57 minutes and 16 seconds.
