The state minister for youth events promoter Balaam Barugahara has revealed that he is on a mission to launch the foundation for musicians rehabilitation. He said that so many artistes are struggling with drugs and some are slowly losing their careers because they don’t have people to help them. Not only in Uganda, musicians in different parts of the world are so much involved in drugs. They usually take it to hype their energies but it ends up destroying their lives. There are some artistes who have died because of drug overdoses and others have been killed buying and selling drugs.
