Uganda’s finest singer David Lutalo has today released a brand new hit banger dubbed Babongoote. He decided to go a gospel way this time around as he asked the almighty God to protect him from his enemies. Babongoote is a Luganda word which means a lot basing on the situation, but I guess he meant God should make his enemies not to focus on him and fail his progress or success.
This follows after he made unnecessary statements during a musical show something that caused mixed reactions on different socials. In this, NUP soldiers attacked him claiming that there is no way he can avoid politics. Additionally, these [NUP soldiers] thought that the Babongoote singer had attacked H.E Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine indirectly.
David Lutalo came out and clarified more about the statements and he clearly pointed out that he did not attack Bobi Wine. Hmm, however all he did was to caution his fans to never involve his brand in any political wars.
