Zahara Bulelwa Mkutukana DEAD, Cause of Death Revealed, RIP

BREAKING NEWS! Popular South African gospel music artist Bulelwa Mkutukana, popularly known by stage name Zahara has tragically died at a very tender age of 35. The news of her passing was shared on various social media platforms but to be specific on X.

According to reports making rounds on social media, the singer breathed her last at a private hospital in Johannesburg on Monday 11th, December 2023. Additionally, there were all sorts of doubts regarding her passing but later it was confirmed by the Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture Zizi Kodwa.

“I am very saddened by the passing of @ZaharaSA. My deepest condolences to the Mkutukana family and the South African music industry. Government has been with the family for some time now. Zahara and her guitar made an incredible and lasting impact in South African music,” Kodwa posted.

What Caused the death of Zahara Bulelwa Mkutukana?

No reliable information is available to confirm the death cause of the singer, however, according to statements released by her family, it’s alleged that she had complaints about physical pains.

 “Zahara has been admitted to the hospital following a week of complaints about physical pains. The doctors are working diligently, and we await further updates from them. Unfortunately, even though our daughter’s hospitalisation has been of strict confidentiality within our family and close friends, that hasn’t stopped the spread of disingenuous information on the internet. We want to stress that any reliable information regarding Zahara’s health will be communicated via her official social media platforms or by herself,” the statement read at the time,” Family’s statement read.
