Will It Be Built? Tamale Mirundi’s Family Ask Gov’t To Build Mirundi Plaza In Honour Of Their Father’s Legacy

The family of late Tamale Mirundi is not joking when it filed to the legacy of their father.

They have come out to ask government to help them construct the Mirundi Plaza because it is the plan their father had in his old years if he hadn’t died young.

Mirundi was a government worker specifically a presidential advisor. He also showed interests in supporting the first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba once he wanted to become a president.

At his death bed, the presidential advisor couldn’t say so much which left his family devastated.

During the burial, the family of Mirundi asked government to reward their father for the good work he did by constructing a plaza that will have a library for his books, rentals and park.

“Our father aspired to leave a lasting legacy through Mirundi Plaza. He dreamed of creating a significant landmark in his home area, with plans to construct a storage building and a park that would include a library, shops, and rental spaces. Our prayer and request to the government is to honor his memory by fulfilling this vision and ensuring that his legacy lives on,” – Nantongo, Tamale Mirundi’s daughter

It should be noted that Mirundi left three wives and multiple children that he even never talked about in the media.
