Singer and now promoter Khalifah Aganaga has spoken about the rumor that has been making rounds on social media about Bobi Wine and the federation.
He said that it is not true that the federation was created to fight the National Unity Platform (NUP) president Bobi Wine like it is being said in the media.
The singer revealed that the federation has different plans and in their meetings they never mention anything political. All they talk about is how to make the music industry get to a better level.
The federation was created by Eddy Kenzo who is not a close associate of Bobi Wine. People started having their opinions about it way before but he didn’t give up as he continued to push through.
It became worse when the federation started dealing with the government as it allowed to give them some money to help them keep their music on top.
Some musicians that support Bobi Wine refused to join saying that the federation is actually for the government and they don’t want that.
According to Khalifah Aganaga, people are just jealousy that the federation is doing well and the truth is that it is not for government at the same time it wasn’t created to fight Bobi Wine.
“The federation is doing so well despite the words people speak. Clearly it wasn’t created to fight Bobi Wine and that is the truth,”
