Media personality and influencer Sheilah Gashumba has asked the young people to stop begging money from their parents when they are above the age of 21 years.
She said that parents need to be spoiled with expensive gifts and vacation as have worked hard for that instead of being the ones begging everything from them
Sheilah Gashumba was raised by a single father who gave her everything she needed in her life.
She went to that most expensive school and even got jobs because of the father.
According to Sheilah owes everything to her father and the other young people need to learn from that. She said that it is not okay to find someone above 21 asking parents money.
“I personally think by the age of 21, if your parents have taken you to school and have empowered you or if you are generally working and making money. You shouldn’t ask your parents for anything but rather spoil them. I believe when kids are born, responsible parents work soo hard and sacrifice a lot, so there should be a time when parents now enjoy treats, money etc from their kids. Let’s learn to spoil our parents and allow them enjoy life when they can!! Book your parents that flight, send them flowers, book them a staycation, send them money without them asking, book them tickets to their favorite artist’s concert,”
